Very sore today after hard working session at Shoreham from 5pm til 7pm. Ankles feeling the punishment of switching between boards and battling the chop. Great fun though, attempting to whack hell out of the knee high waves, blasting, gybing, not much jumping. Good training session, bring on the bigger autumn swell.
